We look forward to your continued service in chaplaincy. This site is for updating your current endorsement. Please follow the instructions emailed to you by your NAMB Chaplaincy Consultant. If you are seeking a first time endorsement send an email to: chaplain@namb.net

  1. Visit the Chaplaincy web site for general information
  2. Read the Required Reading linked below.
  3. Complete all the forms linked below unless otherwise instructed.
    1. Note that the last form is to be downloaded to your computer, completed and returned by email.
    2. Print a copy of your completed form prior to "submit"
    3. Reset will delete all your entries.
  4. Upon review of your application an interview, if applicable, will be arranged. You will be contacted by the Director for your area of chaplaincy concerning how to make your interview appointment.
